Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No.
We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.

Can you ship to an apartment?
Yes.
We can ship to an apartment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
However we cannot take international orders through our website.

What form of payment do you accept?

We only accept the following listed Credit or Debit Cards issued by US financial institutions.
• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover

At this time we do not accept: COD, Personal Check or Money Order
For your protection, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card used.

Do you charge sales tax?

No.
Texas does not require us to collect state sales tax on unprepared food.

How do I use my promotional code on the website?

Before completing the order you will be asked to enter any promotional code or coupon information.

I just placed my order. How will I know you have received it?

After placing your order we will send you an email confirmation letting you know it has been received.

How will my products be packaged?

Your order will be packed in a special foam insulated box containing dry ice that will last for 4 days.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We will process all orders from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
To insure a frozen delivery, we do not ship on THURSDAY, FRIDAY or a WEEKEND.

All of our shipping is handled by Federal Express.
They guarantee delivery within 3 days for most locations in the continental US.
Depending on the delivery location the order may arrive in one day.

If you are concerned about the delivery time or the date in which you need your order, please take advantage of the additional express over-night or 2-day shipping that we offer.

Do I need to be home in order to receive my order?
No.
However, we do highly recommend that your order be refridgerated or frozen within a day of delivery.

If my steaks arrive partially thawed, are they still good?
Yes.
Partial thawing can happen but our steaks are still good to consume.
They can also be refrozen if you are not ready to use them.

How long will your meat remain good for consumption in my freezer?
Up to one year. We use Cryovac packaging to seal our products which will last up to one year if kept frozen.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace your purchase or refund your money.
